The Hospital also has private hospitalization. The patients are admitted here by choice, depending on their financial capacity. This ward offers special services to the patients; rooms, meal, clinical service, among others. Some insurance schemes cannot cover the Private Hospitalization services. The Community-Based Health Insurance (Mutuelle de Sante) only covers clinical services, with the patient paying both accomodation and meal privately. As for other private and public health insurance schemes, accomodation and meals are covered at a partcular percentage, in addition to clinical services.
