Ndera Hospital holds staff assembly to mark the New Year 2026

Ndera Neuropsychiatric Teaching Hospital held an all-staff assembly on 30 January 2026 at the hospital premises, bringing together management and staff to reflect on institutional progress and set priorities for the new working year.

Addressing the gathering, the Director General, Br. Charles Nkubili, highlighted the hospital’s continued growth and expanding role in service delivery, noting the steady progress achieved through the commitment of staff and departmental leadership. He acknowledged the collective efforts that have strengthened both institutional performance and staff welfare over the past year.

The assembly also included an administrative briefing by the Acting Director of Human Resource and Administration, Mrs. Eliane Umubyeyi, who shared key updates on public service regulations and the use of the IPPIS portal for staff management processes.

The meeting provided an opportunity for reflection, alignment, and renewed commitment, reinforcing a shared vision for sustained improvement and professional excellence in 2026.
