Prof. Dr Fidele SEBERA

Prof. Dr. Fidele SEBERA is a neurologist, and Director of Medical and Allied Health Sciences at Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital CARAES Ndera. He has extensive experience in neurology and research. He holds a Master’s Degree in Neurology from Universite Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, Senegal and a Medical Degree from Universite Nationale de Rwanda, School of Medicine. He holds certificates in Clinical Neurophysiology from Centre Hospitalier Régional de Namur and Hôpital Neuro Psychiatrique Saint-Martin, Belgium, and also has certification in neuro-oncology from Hôpital Universitaire Pitié Salpêtrière de Paris, France.

Prof. Dr. Fidele SEBERA is a PhD candidate in Neuroscience at Ghent University, Belgium.

Previously, Prof. Dr. Sebera served as Head of Pharmaceutical Department at Medecin Sans Frontiere (MSF Rwanda). He is also Head of Neurology Department at Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital CARAES Ndera since 1999 (1999-2002 & from 2006 to date).
